[The cord is Single Chain about 24" long with 5 pieces of Pink and 6 pieces of white yarn about 4" long tied in the middle and tied to the chain cord on each end and folded down to make a tassel. This cord is tied to the Yarn that gathers the top together in a bow. ]

She used a size I cro-hook but you could use a different size to get a larger or smaller size and/if your crocheting is tight or loose.
